Refund policy

Delivery Policy
All TunedTime orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time:
West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
International orders: 7–14 working days (varies by location).

 

Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Wrong item received
Factory defect (with photo/video proof)
Item damaged during delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during checkout.
No refunds for custom-modified or personalized watches unless proven defective.

By purchasing from TunedTime, the customer agrees that:
All custom watches are made using genuine parts and modded by hand
Slight variations in color/design may occur due to the nature of handmade mods
TunedTime reserves the right to reject refund/exchange requests that do not meet policy requirements
