TunedTime specializes in custom and modified watches assembled using genuine components and aftermarket parts.

Due to the nature of custom-made products, slight variations in color, finishing, or design may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Tracking details will be provided once shipped.

TunedTime is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items only.

Custom or personalized watches are non-refundable unless defective.

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
